you could join it with a choc block type electrical connector (the type with 2 screws) or make a new one, you can buy thin metal rod from model shops and some big diy stores

Well don't know if my pms are still not working but I'm still struggling with this door I can't even figure out how to get the rest of the wire out.... Am I going to have to take the door latch off??

Sorry I've had a busy few weeks, days off are the worst for trying to fit everything in. I'm currently still pondering how to seal the car with no lock mechanism, being I still need access to the drivers side for all sorts of parts in the coming weeks. If you've not found one by the time I do its yours.

I think u will still be able to shut the door as mine still shuts and opens from the outside its just the inner door handle that doesn't work
